The rent is $600. with a small deposit of $100. for the month of July,which will be return at the end of term (july) The bathroom & Kitchen is shared and the location is Belmont Shores 1/2 block from the beach,the bus lines & freeways are close by & public transportation is walking distance, just 15 mins to CSULB by bus & car. On street parking available, Wifi internet service, and all utilities included. Seeking a non smoker, no drugs or alcoholics.Safe,clean and harmonious area.
