I have a one bedroom apartment available for sharing/sub-lease. It is in a nice locality (Beechmont Ave. cincinnati, 45255) right next to I275 and close by east gate mall. I moved in in March 2011 and there is still 6 months lease left on it. The apartment is very spacious with 773 sq.ft area, new carpet, a nice balcony, kitchen with nice cup boards, living room with fire place, bed room and last but not least free parking space.
