I am a female professional in my early 30\'s looking for one female to rent one bedroom with private bathroom in a condo in Milpitas. There is full use of common areas and full kitchen privileges (but please clean kitchen after use). Garage parking is available. The complex includes a gym, swimming pool, and car wash facility. Highways 237, 680, and 880 are nearby. The roommate must be respectful, friendly, clean, reliable and pay rent on time. No smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, or pets. The rent is $900 a month & includes utilities. A $900 security deposit will be required.
